The life of an online journalist

By asnape

So, I’ve been struggling this week. The work is time consuming, I’m not a natural journalist and I was completely uninspired.

I’m not sure what happened today but thanks to some tips from my editor Rachael, it ended with a story on our website. Have a look, everyone else is doing really well and there is some great journalism on there.

I have written about the problems in the whaling industry at the moment, any comments are welcome.

Make sure you link to the story itself rather than the general ENO website. Also, try to link a phrase rather than ‘check it out’ – e.g. link the phrase “written about the problems in the whaling industry” instead.

The whaling story is a good solid start BTW – speak to Rachael about your struggles and see if she can help make things less time consuming.
